However, not all of their customers are loyal and want to use Exness as their trading platform. Some of them want to close their Exness account. If you are one of them, here is the information you need.
How to close an exness account ?
Send a formal notification to Exness at support@exness.com using the account holder’s registered email address, at least five (5) business days prior to the intended termination date. The following information should be included in the email:
- Account number
- Support PIN
- Reason for termination
You will get an email with the termination date and a verification call to confirm the request within five (5) business days of receiving the notification. The email also includes information on the policies that will be in effect for the account after it is closed.
The important thing when you request to close your account, make sure you have closed all trading positions and withdrawn your funds.
Apart from that, the email you use cannot be used again to register with Exness. If in the future you want to open an Exness account again, you will need a new email.
